VB crash with "PulseAudio: Failed to drain stream: Timeout"

I've run into this twice in the last few days. I'll be typing in my VM guest, and all of a sudden the entire VM window goes away / crashes. Looking at the machine logs, I see the exact same message in both logs, once after 15 hours, the other after 21 hours:

Searching on the forum doesn't bring anything up. I was using VB 5­.0.12 until a few minutes ago; I just now upgraded to 5.0.14. Anyone else see this or know what is happening?

Just had this same error/crash in VB 5.0.14, so the problem still exists. Opened up https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/15056

This began happening repeatably to my WinXP virtual machine this morning. My host machine is ubuntu 15.10 and I upgraded yesterday to virtualbox 5.0.14. Guest additions have also been upgraded to 5.0.14. The virtual machine crashes with the "PulseAudio: Failed to drain stream: Timeout" after 5-10 minutes.

Looks like I'm downgrading back to 5.0.4 - hope that is a temp fix.
