Just FYI, the current version's signature is bad. Tried it twice.

On Windows 10, when you "Run as Administrator", you get a slightly different message and have the option to install anyway.

I just filed a ticket (#15054). It is because of SHA-1 deprecation. You can check the signature using the "Properties" dialog, at least mine is imntact. But Windows considers files signed at 2016-01-01 or later using (only) SHA-1 as "invalid signature".
