Critical Error in Virtual Box on Windows 10

Hello, I am running a Windows 10 machine, and I am experiencing an error when trying to run Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan on virtual box. It simply tells me there has been a critical error when I try to start my VM.

I did use a YouTube tutorial for this but cannot post the link as I am a new user, I will edit this post with a link if it helps.

I have attached both the log file and the .png image ( In A zip file)

Please help me out as I really want to use this!
