vboxheadless crash with vbox 4.2.36 but not with other ver

Hi All,

I would like to upgrade from vbox 4.2.6 to vbox 4.2.36 but if I try to start my VM programmatically using the startvm method I get a crash. Exactly the same crash happens if i try to start the vm using vboxheadless -starvm. If I use the main vbox UI everything works correctly. The strange thing is that if I use vbox 4.2.6, 4.3.34 or 5.0.12 everything works fine both starting the vm with vboxheadless or programmatically. I also tried 4.2.34 but I get the same error.

The crash is:

vboxheadless: The exception unknown software exception ( 0xc06d007e ) occurred in the application at location 0xfcebadcd.

The host machine is a windows 7- 64bit with 8gb RAM
The guest is a custom os - 32bit with 512mb assigned RAM

I cannot swicth to vbox 4.3.x or vbox 5.0.x for other reasons that perhaps can be the subject of a different topic.

I attached the vbox.log (from vbox 4.2.34 but the one from 4.2.36 is the same).

It would be great if anyone can give me some hints or suggest some test that i can do to better understand the cause of this problem.
