I received this error whenever I open VirtualBox on one of my Windows 10 Computers. Repairing/reinstalling does not help. Any suggestions? I have only one Ubuntu guest system in it.

You have to be more specific. There is no way that this is the only error message that you get. If you can't copy the full error message, post a screenshot here, not in a 3rd party site. Use the "Upload attachment" at the bottom of the form. Also, read this: Minimum information needed for assistance.
