Well... what have you tried? Exact steps please. Read Minimum information needed for assistance. On top of that, tell me if your device is USB2 or USB3. And post the output of the commands:

VBoxManage list usbhost
VBoxManage showvminfo "Your_Virtual_Machine_Name"
