so im using server 2012 in Virtualbox and im trying to install ispy to watch me security cam but i get this message. that the temp is full or not accessible but it is and i emptied the temp still get the issue

It is not automatically a VirtualBox problem just because this happened in the vm. It looks like a standard installer message to me.

Can you actually access the security camera from the vm?
