Not able to install Kali Linux 2 on VB 5.0.12 r104815

Trying to install Kali 2.0 (as guest) on Virtual Box (5.0.12 r104815). Infact, i was able to install it earlier and worked(2 weeks back). but once i removed that VM and then later tried to install, its not getting through. I can get till 80% installation and then it fails. Attaching the log..I tried uninstalling VB and reinstalling it, but still issue persists.

One (relevant) log is enough thanks, I've deleted the backup.
Have you checked the md5 sum on the source ISO? Have you considered disk space on the target partition? How about running a host disk checker?
The hard disk seems to be 8GB. Is this large enough for a Kali Linux 64bit install?
In general you seem to have given no attention to the VM recipe. Only I2MB for graphics RAM? And you can afford to double the RAM allocation (to 2GB) on this host... though giving 2GB to a 64bit OS seems to me just as pointless as giving it 1GB, but I guess you just want to run the slower 64bit variant of your OS for some reason.

Thanks for the response..My answers below..
Have you checked the md5 sum on the source ISO? Earlier i installed with same ISO in same Host, anyhow will check again and confirm
Have you considered disk space on the target partition? Target partition of host ? If so, yes, its got close 90 GB free space
How about running a host disk checker? Wil lcehck
The hard disk seems to be 8GB. Is this large enough for a Kali Linux 64bit install? Yes, it needs 3-4 GB only
In general you seem to have given no attention to the VM recipe. Only I2MB for graphics RAM? Again, this is the default setup on which I already installed successfully, even I tried with 32 MB Graphis, but same error.
And you can afford to double the RAM allocation (to 2GB) on this host... though giving 2GB to a 64bit OS seems to me just as pointless as giving it 1GB, but I guess you just want to run the slower 64bit variant of your OS for some reason. Tried with 2GB Ram as well,
Basically the error is some kind of disk not able to mount comes in the very beginning, that is after creating the disk space, s etting up VM and starting installtion from ISO. Then it goes for h/w check and during the check, as last message is that shows up. Still, i wll be able to proceed with installation, setup and all.. and once the setup reach 80% it fails. Iam wondering if some Windows 10 services is causing the problem, as I was able to install it earlier..

I would need precise errors messages, not "error is some kind of disk not able to mount". p.s. I find light green on grey-blue quite difficult to read.

I find it extremely hard to read as well.
From Kali's Official Documentation…
A minimum of 10 GB disk space for the Kali Linux install.
Which would explain why the install stops on an 8GB drive at 80%.

8 GB is what it came as default, and even I tried successfully earlier. Again tried with 17 GB now (2GB RAM. 64 MB Graphics)and able to install the software, But after installation and reboot, im getting a black window with cursor only. Attaching the new logs..(69 KB)

When you get to the black screen can you press the host+F1 key and get to a tty window?
If so then try to install the guest additions and reboot to see if that will allow the desktop to run.
This should help
