Packet capture shows only one side of the network traffic

Hi,
I am not sure what I am doing wrong but after upgrading my VBox to 5.0.12 from 4.x (I do not remember what the exact version was) I cannot see the network traffic from the host to the guest but the other way. I tried two guests, Ubuntu 14.04.01 and Win7 Pro, too, but I have the same problem with both. I am using bridged adapter setting. I tried web servers and websocket endpoints so there was two way traffic for sure. When I realised that something goes wrong I upgraded my Wireshark, too, but that did not solve the problem (Wireshark 2.0.1, WinPcap 4.1.3). The host is 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1.
Could someone use Wireshark to confirm this issue?
Thanks,
Daniel

How do you capture the network traffic?

Simply selecting the only enabled interface (GigaBit LAN Connection) on WireShark UI.

Please read Minimum information needed for assistance and provide as a zipped attachment the VM log file and the guest settings.

I attached the VBox.log.
I made two captures at the same time. One with using VBox (VBoxManage modifyvm {cad37937-8254-40cf-b820-ccd0edce522b} --nictrace1 on --nictracefile1 c:\ubuntu.pcap) and one with using WireShark. The first one shows both ways of the network traffic the second one only one way of it.
