VBox Host Restart when connecting to VPN

I have Dell Server where i have following product installed .

1. Oracle Virtual box with Windows 10 Guest
2. SoftEther VPN Server

everything works fine unless VPN client connect to VPN , as soon as first VPN client connects it restart the host machine. I tried following scenarios and here are the result.

1. I started Virtual box Guest ,I started the VPN server everything worked perfectly than i connect from another computer using VPN client (host crashed)
2. I started VPN server but i did not start the Virtual box Guest and than i connect from another computer using VPN client and everything worked perfectly , than i started the Guest OS ... (host crashed)


Please advise.

This problem only come when i am using "Bridge Network" if i use NAT or NAT with Network option than it work perfectly fine.

Sounds like a driver conflict. Can you switch the order of the Virtualbox bridged driver and VPN driver bindings on the network card? Google "change order of bindings on network card" and if possible, whichever of the two comes first, swap them. (Don't know if it will work, but it might...)
