I have Windows host. Do you need to install drivers in virtual box for guest Operating system e.g. ubuntu,Mac osx etc ?

Usually you don't. The defaults selected during the creation of the VM are selected so that the guest OS has support for them. Now, you have to remember that you're running on virtual hardware, so, do not try to install drivers for your graphics card (for example) or for other hardware. It's not there.

Oh, and BTW, Mac OSX is supported only on Apple hardware...

Note though that if you want to access external hardware, such as a printer, from the guest, then you will need to install drivers for it in that guest.
