After installing new appliance, it fails to open!

Post by ersfsfsf@gmail.com »

Hi there,

I attempted to install this copy of in Virtualbox...

http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/download-w ... rosoft-si/

When attempting to run it, I get this error message "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine IE6 - WinXP.

Nonexistent host networking interface, name '' (VERR_INTERNAL_ERROR).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}
"

What does this mean? :?:

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Frankly, I think you'd be better off buying a second hand full XP license from eBay, rather than trying to use a demo version.

No thanks for not revealing what the solution was.
