Cannot start VMs on ver5.0.12 on Windows10 10586

I'm using 5.0.12 r104815 on Windows10 build 10586.36. I encountered the following error when I tried to start VMs. I uninstall and reinstall version 5.0.12, but same error occurred. I also install version 4.3.34, but same error displayed.
