using virtual box with a Intel pentium quad core

i have an Intel pentium quad core processor in my laptop you can see full spec's in the picture my problem is that my processor is a 64 bit one but i cant install any 64 bit OS's on virtual box i don't understand one i tried to install the 64 bit of Ubuntu and the message in the image came up (the command prompt) so what do i do also i cant up the amount of CPU cores the virtual machine can use i have tried everything i have read online but does not work

1) 64-bit guests need hardware-virtualzation enabled in the hosts bios.
2) when creating the 64-bit guest you must select 64-bit in General -> Basic -> version.
3) If running Windows as host you must make sure hyper-v or xp mode is not enabled on the host. MS does not play well and wants it all.

hyper-v is not on my computer i have checked already and not sure what the other one is. I'm running windows 10 as the host, also I don't get that option for 64-bit I only get a list of 32-bit's

Well that one you have to do yourself. Look up your PC on the Internet and find the instructions on how to enable that feature in your BIOS.
