amd64.msi file missing
amd64.msi file missing
I uninstalled VirtualBox, removed all the files associated with it to where there was no trace of it on my system. Everytime I've reinstalled it, the VirtualBox...amd64.msi file wasn't replaced. Is it possible for someone to upload a copy of the file? Is that illegal or something (because, none of the topics about this have offered such a solution)?

Re: amd64.msi file missing
You would need the msi file from a particular version.
Search for "msiexec" in your local pdf copy of the user manual. This tells you how to extract the component msi files from the normal Windows installer exe.

EDIT: This is all Greek to me. I've read the pdf, and am more confused than ever. I'm just gonna give up before I damage my computer. Thanks for the advice, anyway.
EDIT2: Nevermind. Got it fixed.
