I had the impression that this was a working VM, but that appears not to be the case?
I suggest that you reinstall VirtualBox using "Run as administrator" to run the installer. Also, install the host extension pack matching your VirtualBox version, as no VM will start without it if it requires an extpack feature, e.g. USB2/USB3.
Also, I see that you have an ISO mounted in the VM - "D:\ISOs\linuxmint-17.2-cinnamon-64bit.iso", which is an Ubuntu derivative, but you selected a guest OS type of "Other_64". Please choose a guest OS template that is appropriate for the OS you are trying to install. In this case that would be "Ubuntu (64 bit)".
It would also do no harm to check the MD5 sum of that ISO.
And you have a hacked UxTheme.dll, though at present it isn't clear that that is a problem.
That is a test vm, so I chose Other/Other (64x). If I want to start another vm, I get the same error. It also doesn't matter if I mount an ISO (I had also tried Win7 and normal Ubuntu) or not. It crashes before it loads the BIOS. I istalled VirtualBox normally with a double left click on the msi packet. And I installed all stuff: USB, Network and so on. It doesn't worked before I patched the DLLs, so I don't think that's the cause.
I'm reinstalled it and the problem is still there. And I think I forgot to say that 32-bit and 64-bit vm both don't work.

Memory says that that usually appears in the log as "Linux Other", so unless the logging function has changed then "Other_64bit" is even more generic than that.
How often I have to say it? IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH VM I START! IT DOES NOT MATTER IF I HAVE SELECTED AN ISO OR NOT! I tried it. The error comes everytime. Directly after I started the vm.
I attached a log of a Ubuntu-VM.
It does matter if you're posting in Windows GUESTS. So before starting SHOUTING, get your ... together!

Sorry, I got a bit angry because I don't know what I should do know. I need this vms for my work, so they are very important for me and I want to fix that problem as soon as possible. Sorry!
Please tell me clearly what I should do, because my brain is out for an inspirative walk...
