Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Linux.

I am trying to start a VM and I am getting the error:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Linux.
VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}
Now I have read on other similar posts that you need to boot into the BIOS to enable VT-x and booting into the BIOS is a manufacture specific process. I have a Dell and if I press F12 during the boot process I get the BIOS settings but I cannot find anything about virtualization or VT-x. Anyone else have a Dell that has a similar problem? This VM used to start just fine but the "upgrade" to Windows 10 seems to have broken it. How do I get it back? Does VirtualBox support a Windows 10 host? Should I rebuild my VM? Any other ideas?
Thank you.
Kevin
