Hello all! My google-fu has failed, so I'm hoping someone has seen this before and knows the fix.
My host is a Macbook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.2. All applications, including VirtualBox and the Extension Pack, and the OS are up to date. My guest OS is Windows 7 Pro. Again, all applications including the OS are up to date.
I seem to have lost the guest OS VirtualBox menu (Application, Machine, View, Input, etc.).
I've checked the settings in the VirtualBox application and they should be on as far as I can tell.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I even tried deleting VirtualBox completely and importing the appliance again, but I get the same result.

I have a suggestion.
Go into the settings for the guest, user interface tab, and makes sure the menu's are enabled.
Should look like this…

Re: Lost File Menu
Thanks, loukingjr, but I think it is enabled. Or at least let's say there is not a disable button. All of the options under each submenu are checked.

No they are not enabled. Click on each one so they are highlighted.

Thanks loukingjr! Don't I feel like a dipshit now. I didn't realize they could be clicked on or off. The interface for that feature could be a little more clear, or maybe it's just old me.
I really appreciate your help. Happy New Year!

most welcome. I'm not sure it's actually explained anywhere. Happy New Year to you and yours.
