Ubuntu server 14.04 loosing Connection every 5min

Hello,

i am pretty new with VirtualBox and i like it. I installed my first Virtual Machine and its working Great. The only problem is that i connect over Putty and every 5min i lose the connection to the Machine, after a min i can connect again. if i ping from my host to guest it goes like 60ms, 700ms,50ms,720ms.... it goes pretty high i don't know if this is normal. i am using Network bridge. its pretty annyong that i lose the connection everytime because i want to use the putty interface. sry about my english i am not really writing a lot of english.

if i forgot anything just ask for it.

EDIT: i am working on Webapplications and it seems like i lose connection to the site from my host too. service unavailable it says to my sites.

It seems like the Problem was that i gave my machine the an ip that was already in use. that created a conflict
