Virtual Box Error Please Help

Post by ajclever »

Hello,
Yesterday ive downloaded Virtual Box (newest Version) and i keep getting error messages. Ive selected my Windows 8.1 Enterprise Iso File and started my Virtual Machine but i always geht this error:
VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX) require this feature and will fail to boot without it.

and if i continue it shows me the windows 8 Logo and continues with the error: File:\windows\system32\boot\winload.exe - errorcode: 0x000035a

So if somebody knws how to fix it, please tell me :)

You need to enable VT-x in the BIOS of your Host if it's available.

You need to check the manual for your computer. Or call their tech support.
