FWIW, with 3D acceleration enabled, switching the client from OpenGL to either DirectX or NewDX9 might solve your problem. I can't say for certain because all host OS's behave differently with different guests.
On an OSX host, I can't see the login screen when it's set to OpenGL. It's just white. I can see it when set to the other two.

I already tried switch the game to directx, directx9, but the prtscreen continues white.
I tested the game in vmware workstation and when i hit prtscreen it saves correctly.

Well, as I said, VirtualBox behaves differently on different hosts. Sorry it didn't work for you.

@loukingjr how do you took screenshoot of the game screen?
I tried using on screen keyboard but also got the print all white inside the game client

The previous screen shot I posted was not from Virtualbox. However this one is…

The difference is the game is set to DirectX in VirtualBox. It's why I asked if you tried it or NewDX9. Both work for me. I will get a white screen if the game is set to OpenGL.
As far as why you can't get DirectX or NewDX9 working is I assume because we are using a different host and guest.
