I'm using Windows XP: Professional and I can't my mouse out of capture (outside of VirtualBox). What do I do?

I fixed it. At the bottom of the screen, I've seen right-control, I was pressing the Shift key.

If you install the Guest Additions you can move freely in and out of the guest OS window.

Moved to "Windows Guests". The host forum is not appropriate since the question doesn't concern the host.
