VM hang at 0% or 20% on starting virtual machine

Hello I've a fresh installation of vbox. About 50% of my tries to start a VM goes to a window saying "Starting virtual machine 0%".
The only chance to sart the VM is to reboot the host (windows 10 system) and retry.
On the logs I can see:

Do you have any idea of how I can resolve this issue?
