Show headless VM from command line?

After I start a headless or detachable VM, is there any way to show it from the command line?
I like using the command line and scripting and automating everything. I can show a headless VM by opening the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager GUI, right-clicking on the VM, and selecting "Show", but I'd prefer something like a VBoxManage option.
This question has been asked before, more than once, but the threads are old and the only suggested solutions are to use RDP or save the machine state and restart it not in a headless mode.
The particulars:
Thank you.
