Cannot uninstall VirtualBox nor update to a new Version

Hello Forum,

I cannot uninstall nor Update Virtualbox. It says i need:

I read in another Topic that i can extract the MSI by downloading old version ut this version does not exist in the old versions list... Also i tried find it in c:/windows/installer and i could not find the .msi there either... What can i do now when i am not able to obtain the .msi...

Any idea how i can fix this?
