not possible to bind a USB-device to the VM

Hello,

i am using the actual Version for Host and Guest.
After Installing a new Motherboard ( ASRock Fatality 1 970 Performance with a AMD 9590 CPU)
it is not possible to bind a USB-Device to the virtual machine.
All Devices are in the list.
After clicking of a entrypoint in the list:
- the point was not checked
- the device is for the host no longer available also for the virtual machine
- the virtual machine shows the device as busy ( hint when i place the mouse over the listentry)
- a second click on the entry shows a error " device is busy with a prev. request"

To use the Device for the host again, i must close or reset the virtual machine.

I am happy for any hint or suggestion
