automatically change bridged adapter name on connection?

Hi,

I noticed this issue have been fixed ( https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/4253 ). but It appeared again on my windows 10 host.
How can I fix it?

There is nothing to fix, because Vbox doesn't have a feature to switch automatically.
You have to change the settings for the virtual machine manually.

@blackantt: The "fix" is that you used to have to shut down the VM before you could select a new host NIC. Now you don't. Plus the ticket is 7 years old and the fix was 5 years ago, so this isn't something that just now happened!
