Critical Error on a Windows 10 Host

Hi guys,
I am getting a typical VirtualBox - Guru Meditation critical error when trying to launch a Mac OS X Yosemite 64-bit image. I couldn't even get to the Mac OS installation part.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
