ISSUE: VB deletes all my vmdk file stored in Hard disk

Im using virtual box 5.1. Today i removed the vmdk path (file) from the virtual media manager. Once i removed in VB, it leads to delete my all files (300 GB), which was stored in my external hard disk. It seems it completely removed all my files and i can see it was in empty ( Memeory 0 Gb ) Now i cant access any one. Please help to recover my all files.

When you tell VirtualBox you remove a media file, it does so and then asks if you also want to physically delete it. If you answer yes then the file is deleted. After that it can still be easily recovered from your last backup. Since the data is valuable then I assume you must make backups regularly.

Yes. But i dont know that time it ask to delete physical memory. Now i need to recover my data. How to recover that file also i dont have any backup right now?
