Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

00:00:07.294105 Host RAM: 1012MB total, 410MB available
...
00:00:10.431107 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000020000000 (536 870 912, 512 MB)
00:00:10.433036 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000010000000 (268 435 456, 256 MB)
You're trying to use 768 MB of RAM when you only have 410 MB available. It's never going to work. In my opinion, with 1GB total, you'll never be able to run Windows 7 on your computer...

00:00:03.534084 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is not available

That's going to make things slower. Maybe harder. Also, there's nothing in the log that says that something went bad. It looks like you're shutting down the VM after 3 ½ minutes of operation.

Never mind; I did a search on "W7.AIO.33in1.OEM.en-US.Dec2015.ISO" which is attached to your virtual CD/DVD. It seems it's a cracked, pirated version of Windows. I can't help you anymore...

PS. If you post again in the forums, could you please remove or make your signature smaller? It takes 17 lines in total and adds more noise than signal...

Any version of Windows you download from anywhere other than Microsoft's site is pirated.
