I am running VBox 5.0.10 on a Windows 10 machine and when I started up my Windows 10 Preview Build VM, received a critical error. The machine was in the process of starting Windows. The log file and screen capture are attached.

Not enough memory. Look at the tail of the log file. Decrease the amount of RAM of your guest.
