Changing size of Base Memory

I have just installed VirtualBox on an Ubuntu 8.04 host running WindowsXP Home Edition SP2 as a guest (WinXP). Some of the software runs painfully slowly (Sibelius 5), but overall, the installation worked fine. (Sibelius 5 is a rather complex music notation program and there is nothing like it in Linux, yet.)

In order to remedy the slow running of Sibelius5, I would like to increase the Base Memory.
Can I do this after WinXP is installed or is that only possible prior to the installation of the guest OS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

It seems you can do it any time.

Yes, this can be done like with a normal computer. So keep in mind to shut it down before adding memory ;). You can change the memory in the VM settings.
