Virtual Box Won't Open/Start

Hi, I've been using Virtual Box on Windows 10 Pro successfully this past year. All of a sudden, today, I click on the shortcut, and the program won't open. I've tried various things, but just can't get the program to open. Can anybody tell me what might have happened, and what to do now? Thank you.
