Copy/Paste On Windows 10

I'm a Ubuntu 15.10 user with the newest version of VirtualBox. I have Windows 10 installed as my guest and I cannot copy and paste a text document password on Windows and paste it in Google Chrome! Any ideas what could be wrong? I have at least three passwords that have the same problem.

Copy and paste of files is not supported - only plain text and graphics. And please note the distinction between text, and a file containing text.

If you want to move files between host and guest then the usual solution is a shared folder. You can also see if drag and drop works for you.

Just to add, You have to have the guest additions installed in the guest.
