Hi everyone. Thanks for the always great support. Having an issue installing windows 8.1 on my virtual box 5.0.10 machine with Win 10 as the host. I attached the log files for your review. Thanks as always. Rob

Memory over committed. You don't have enough free memory and probably need to reduce the guests RAM to 1024MB.
