I updated Guest Additions and now windows from my guest OS overlay the desktop of my host OS and windows of host's programs. How to disable this?

It sounds like you have Seamless Mode enabled which is how it should look. Disable Seamless Mode from the View menu (Host+L).

You are right, thanks. But other modes have their disadvantages as well.
Scaled mode has useless line at the top of the screen "WinXP [Running] - Oracle VM VirtualBox" with close and resize buttons.
Full screen mode doesnt show the windows control panel from the host which makes it harder to use the host
Seamless mode seems the best for me, since it includes windows control panels from both host and guest and nothing else(and those pixels really matter, its a netbook).
So could I somehow solve this problem? Maybe I could disable the title in scaled mode?

You could always run in windowed mode and just maximize the guest window.

Thats basically the scalled mode. The guest window has a title line(with title and close&resize buttons in the top right corner).
I would post screens in each mode, but the websites says I cant because Im new.

no, it's not the same as Windowed Mode but yes, still has the window border with the title. The screen shots aren't necessary. You should have a mini-tool bar at the bottom of the screen when in Full Screen Mode. If that doesn't help those are your choices.

If it helps any, if you are running VB 5.0.10 you can disable the bottom toolbar which contains the VirtualBox icons and the menus at the top by going into the user interface section of the guest settings and disable them. It will save a little screen space.
