Hello,
I've been using VirtualBox since few years on my laptop, but it suddenly stopped working (Timed out after 60001 ms waiting for child request #1 & E_FAIL 0x80004005 error). I think it's related to my wireless card change in laptop from some Ralink to Intel Centrino. My host system is Windows 7 SP1 Professional 64-bit version.
When I try to run some VM I always get the same error as posted in attachments.
Steps that I've made:
- reinstalled Intel WiFi drivers
- deleted / added NAT network + host only adapter in VBox
- reinstalled whole VirtualBox

Which anti-virus software are you using?

Avira... just found another hundred topics about it. AV uninstalled, now everything works OK.
