I've read the post "Discussion of Problems due to Hardened Security" and tried a lot to fix it. I've reinstall different versions of VB but not worked. I also checked the signatures that were mentioned by greenerbeard » 5. Aug 2015, 20:40 on that post.

So what should I do to fix this problem?

Post the logs (VBoxHardening.log and VBox.log) in that thread, because that's where usually developers look first.
Wait for a fix.
Uninstall any antivirus and/or KB updates from Microsoft that might interfere with your setup. Only kernel32.dll is quoted as [lacks WinVerifyTrust], so I would suspect Microsoft updates first.
If that's too much, you could downgrade to 4.3.12, but you're going to miss some features, like newer guest/host support, USB3 and other goodies.
