Multiple Monitors (4)-different docking stations - position

I have a LT running win7pro, with virtualbox 5.0.10 r104061.
attach to docking station (2) either at home or work, each dock has 4 monitors.
I have the HOST screen resolution and positioning the same on both docs.
running win7pro guest.
When I boot, the monitor positioning is different on the two docking stations...
The VM has settings for virtual screen 1 uses host screen 1 and they line up through 4.
This is the same for either docking station when I check.
Attached is an example of what I see when I get home and dock, after set aligned at work [docking station]
Home -> host
Home -> guest
Any thoughts/workarounds/fixes?
