FATAL: No bootable medium found!

Hey guys, this is my first time using virtual box, so sorry if this is a common error that's asked frequently.
Anyway, everytime I try to start up my Windows 7 VM, I continuously keep getting this error (in the title). I've tried other OS's as well and they don't work either. Could anyone tell me what could potentially be wrong and how I can fix it?
