VB start at background,whatever I did, a dos window pops up

I want to VB starting at background. I put the *.bat (*.vbs) into logon/startup of windows 10.
but It always pops up a dos window "waiting for VM "**" to power on..."

I want it to run at background without any warning. How to do it?
