Windows 10 resolution issues

Hi,
I am running VirtualBox 5.0.10 on Yosemite (10.10.5).
I have installed a Windows 10 as host and after installing the Guest Add-ons I can get Windows to go full-screen with full resolution.
However, when the Virtual Box windows is minimized and the maximized again, or after a MacOs resumes from sleeping, Windows does not run at full resolution anymore and the only thing that seems to fix it is to install the Guest Addons again and restart the Win10. This happens both when running Virtual Box on an external display and on the MacBook own display.
Any hint?
