Hi there,

is there any way to disable

Code: Select all

xHCI: USB Suspended
xHCI: Hardware reset
?

It randomly killed all usb connections via xHCI controller which is "not funny" on data drives :(

Bug occurs since beta and is still not fixed in 5.0.10 :(

All ideas and suggestions are welcome.
(except moving to vmware or parallels ;)

I'm afraid that without context your information is useless. Please provide complete logs, as zipped attachments.

No. It simply means that the guest software suspended/reset the USB host controller. It is not a problem as such. It could be a symptom of a problem if the guest software is upset about something and resets the controller as a recovery measure.

Certainly. If you don't describe what the problem is, and there's no one else experiencing the problem (whatever it is), how could it be fixed?

In other words, if we can't reproduce the problem, we can't fix it.
