Unable to open bulk '.ova' file in virtual box.

Hi,
I have downloaded a .ova file from Orcle site...
Its about : Virtual Machine for the Oracle Communications Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Products

After successful download I'm trying to open the file by using Vitrulbox, but unable to open.

Following is the error

Error reading OVA file '/home/king/SDP_VM.ova' (VERR_TAR_BAD_CHKSUM_FIELD).

Can anyone help me to import the virtual machine?

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit version OS.

VERR_TAR_BAD_CHKSUM_FIELD

Bad checksum most probably means that the downloaded file was corrupted somehow. Did you try to re-download the file? Did you check to see if the checksum of your download matches the one posted on the site (if there is one)?
