Win10 on Win10 Shared folders have ceased working

I have a Win10 x64 VM running on Win10 x64 host. Virtualbox is v5.0.10. Since the Win10 cumulative update to version 1511 earlier this week (on both host and VM), my Win10 VM can no longer see the shared folders on the host that could be accessed before the cumulative update. I also have a Linux Mint VM on the same machine that has exactly the same host shared folders configured, and it can still see the shared folders, so the problem would seem to be on the Windows VM side rather than the host side. Any suggestions? When I Iook in the VM log, what I see there indicates that the shared folder was added correctly:
