Hi, I had power failure while the virtual machine was running and now it won't start
the boot sequence begins, the windows xp log is displayed and suddenly crashes, the vm just closes.

Please zip and attach logs locally. I will not sign up with an adware site in order to download your logs.
However, I will guess that your .vbox file was corrupted. Look in the VM folder ("<user>\VirtualBox VMs\<vmname>"), disable the Windows feature which hides filename extensions for known file types, and see if there's a file in the folder called <vmname>.vbox-tmp. If there is, then delete any .vbox file which exists, and rename the ".vbox-tmp" file to ".vbox". If there's no ".vbox-tmp" then rename the ".vbox-prev" file instead.
