Cannot start VMs

I am using vbox 4.3.16 for a while.
My problem is that I am not able to use any newer version.
I tried several ones and I always get the same problem: Installation is ok, but I am not able to start my VMs.
My last try was with Vbox 5.0.10:
Échec de l'ouverture de session pour la machine virtuelle favd10532vm.
The virtual machine 'favd10532vm' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\fper8169\VirtualBox VMs\favd10532vm\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.
Code d'erreur : E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Composant : MachineWrap
Interface : IMachine {f30138d4-e5ea-4b3a-8858-a059de4c93fd}
My log is attached.

Does any one have an Idea ?

I'm surprised that you were able to use 4.3.16, as that is post-hardening (introduced in 4.3.14), and it's the early, maximum bugginess version of the feature.

To my eye you have the classic symptoms of certificates database corruption in a Windows 7 host. I suggest that you see the "Hardening" topic stickied at the top of this forum, and click the "previous topic" links to take you back to the time period of 4.3.14.

Thank you for your answer. I followed your advice but I did not get any solution. What is the solution to fix this issue ?

Hmm. I'm impressed that you and tried all that in a few minutes. Well, tell me what you tried based on what you read, and I'll let you know if I have anything new to offer.
