Cant Start any Virtual machine in virtualbox

When I try to start a Guest Os i get the error saying
"
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: Machine
Interface: IMachine {480cf695-2d8d-4256-9c7c-cce4184fa048}
"
I have uninstalled my avast and i am having windows 8 32bit

If it affects all VMs then I suggest reinstalling VirtualBox.

Then pick one VM and provide:
Minimum information needed for assistance.
Providing a VM log file (quick guide). With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

My VirtualBox version is v5.0.10 and my pc is windows 8
Non of my VirtualMachines starts without this error.....

That is the hardening log, which I did not ask for. In fact I thought my instructions were quite clear, but apparantly not.

here is the startup log..i didnt see any other log file there....
