How to launch Windows7 guest directly to seamless mode?

I'm trying to do what should be a simple thing in VB. Host is El Capitan. Guest is Windows7 32bit.
All I want to do is set up windows7 to always launch directly in seamless mode without all the virtual box popups,manager,etc. I want only the Windows task bar to show. I have everything set up and running well but can't get this one last piece of the puzzle.
I've tried many googled fixes. Nothing has worked. I'm setting up a computer for a non technical friend who needs a few win7 programs. I want the UI to be uncomplicated.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm new to VB so I may be missing the obvious. I'm hoping that is the case.
