Yes of course you can. Reinstalling a program does not affect the data files, for VirtualBox or any other program.

Thank you for your answer. I have reinstalled but VirtualBox don't boot anymore since the new big update of Windows 10 !
I hope Microsoft or Oracle can solve this problem !

I uninstalled VirtualBox v 5.0.2
I download VirtualBox v 5.0.10
Install it and every things are OK
I find again my VMs with their OS, Softs and datas.
